Cancellation Policy
Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order or until the order has shipped. The customer will not be charged a cancellation fee. Once an item has shipped, the customer should refer to the return policy.
Refund Policy
Customers must contact Laptopwares.com to request a refund authorization. No refunds will be authorized after 15 days of receipt of the product. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20 % restocking fee at our discretion.
If after inspection, you find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, Laptopwares.com will offer the customer a choice of a refund or an exchange. Store credit in place of refund is not acceptable.
Return Policy
Please contact Laptopwares.com with the original order number, what product you are returning, and your name. We will contact you with instructions and mailing address for your return. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
